Right now, when I publish to computer, it defaults to Microsoft Edge, which does not work well with Captivate. How can I change the setting so that it selects a different browser as the default? My computer (PC) itself uses Chrome as the default.

Do you have your HTML extensions set to be Chrome by default as well?

I don't know how to check the default on my HTML extensions. Where is that?

From your screenshot

Choose "Set defaults by app"

Then find Chrome in the list and click "Choose defaults for this program"

That should bring you to the page with the extensions.

Are you sure that Chrome is set as default browser? Captivate opens files and temporary files in the default browser. Chrome is my default browser, have also FF and Edge, but CP uises Chrome. Just double-check, please, this is not a setting in Captivate but in your system?.Check as well if html documents are associated with Chrome.

As far as I know, it is my default. Here is a screenshot of my settings.
