Missing audio after Video Demo screen recording

Hey guys!

My coworker, a subject matter expert, recently did some audio recording while she was screen recoring using the video demo feature of Adobe captivate. There were 3 separate projects open because she had to re-record some audio. When she was finished, she said that she checked the audio to make sure that it recorded and said it was there. When I came to export the audio, I was able to export the first project and audio was there and is included in the Captivate timeline. After exporting (or "publishing" if you will), there was no audio in the timelines in any of the other two projects to my dismay. I exported them as well and they were silent. My coworker swears she checked to make sure there was audio there. Did we do something wrong or did Captivate lose the audio somehow? Unfortunately, I can't post the samples because there is confidential information that I need to redact still.

Not sure to understand what happens. In a Video Demo timeline there is never a separate audio timeline as you have in a cptx-project.  Can you explain how the 're-recording' was done? I always have a draft audio during capture which I replace after cleaning up the graphical part of the video. See my tips in:

The tip about audio replacement is near the end.

So basically, she created a new video demo project when she went to re-do her recording. The applicatoin stays open, it just opens another project tab in the top left of the screen. I know there's no audio tracks that show up, however, there is usually an audio symble that will show up next to the start of the track that shows that there is audio connected to the video demo recording in the first place. For the last two videos, this little symbol did not appear and there is no audio attatched to them so they are silent.

OK, are you on 11.8.1? Reason of this question: multiple users reported problems with CPVC projects in that version.

Similar... Some bugs were solved in 11.8.1 but apparently new ones introduced, have a look at
