Missing icons and black screen appearing when published on LMS

Hi there

I've tried to research online but need some advice on how to resolve a publication issue I'm encountering.

Captivate 7

SCROM 1.2

When I execute a SWF file via my IE browser, I don't have any missing icons or black screen appearing. When generating the publish content with SWF and HTML5, it goes through successfully.

When it is published via LMS, couple of slides into the content duration, I'm facing missing icons and black screen. I read an article saying to check on imsmanifest.xml that might help address the issue. But looking at it and reading the code, I'm pretty much stumped in figuring out what is missing there.

Any feedback or recommendation how I can resolve this issue?

Regards

AJ

Upload your SCORM to SCORM Cloud online LMS and test the functionality there.  If it plays as expected, the issue is with your own LMS and you need to get their technical staff working on the problem.
