Mouse clicks are heard intermittently in HTML5 output; any thoughts as to why all are not audible?

Greetings. We have a mandate to publish Captivate 9 projects for our customer in HTML5 due to potential vulnerabilities in Flash. In addition to the usual issues associated with HTML5 (animations, etc.), we have been experiencing intermittent mouse click sounds. All the sounds can be heard in the SWF version. Any thoughts as to why all are not audible in HTML5?

Hi there

Have you investigated to see if you are able to isolate exactly which of the clicks aren't heard? In many cases there is an option to enable hearing the mouse click. Perhaps on those spots the option is disabled?

Cheers... Rick

I have the same problem. I moved to HTML5 because of spotty Flash support and some of the clicks are audible while others are not - even though the .PDF version I create for an in-office coordination copy works perfectly.

I'm using Captivate 2017, though. I've investigated and all settings are correct and the same.  Some click, some don't.  I suspect it's not the same ones each time, either, but I haven't checked for that yet.
