Mouse not Working on Software Simulation - Captivate 9 OS Sierra

New Here ,
Jun 06, 2017 Jun 06, 2017

I'm unable to capture my mouse movements while recording a software simulation. I was able to yesterday and I haven't changed any of the settings.

I've made sure all mouse movement show options are selected in my preferences. I saw another question about this with another customer having a similar issue. Is this a known issue and if so is there a timeline for the fix?

I'm not sure if this is a 'known issue' but given that Captivate 2017 is now released, your chances of getting any fix for such an issue in Captivate 9 are minimal.

Have you checked whether or not you are actually on the very latest version of Cp9 for MAC.  There were a few updates for CP9 during its reign.

Alternatively, why not look into upgrading to Cp 2017?

I seems to be a bug, only for Mac, and also on CP2017. Several users reported this bug, still has to be fixed i 2017.

Do you by chance know if there is a timeline for this fix?
