MP4 Question / Captivate 9

I have a project that will be viewed as an MP4 video on only Android and/or iOS tablets.

The specs for the tablets are:

• Android; 4.4 or later; 7-inch or 10-inch screen
• iOS: 9.0 or later

What device height & width should I set in Captivate 9 for this project?

Check the browser resolution for those devices. Eventually you can set up different breakpoint views (like landscape/portrait) to account for different layouts and sizes. The primary view, which is normally meant for desktop/laptop can be set for the biggest device. OS is not important. You can find a lot of browser resolutions on this site:
