Multi-slide synchronized video in HTML5, keeps playing when going backwards

Hi I'm having an issue when using multi-slide synchronized videos in HTML5 (works fine in Flash output). When navigating backwards from the slide that first holds the video (or jumping away to another slide during the playing of the video) the video keeps playing in the background regardless of what slide you're on, including slides I didn't designate the multi-slide synchronized video to be played on. This happens seemingly on all browsers and devices types...mac, pc,  ipad. I'm using Captivate 9. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Peter

Which exact version number please? Be sure to have the latest: 9.0.2.437

Hi and thx for the quick response. I have version 9.0.1.320 but the

"updates" option in the help menu is grayed out?

Do you have administrator rights?

I run Captivate as an administrator. But i did find the patch to that

version you mentioned on Adobe support page's, downloading now. Thx
