I am setting up a NPS screen for a client where the user rates the course from 1-10.
When using a multiple choice question quiz part, values 1-9 report correctly to the LMS but the value of 10 (or any value over) reports as 'undefined'. If I change the numbering system from 1., 2., 3., to a., b., c., then the value of 10 reports correctly as J. The only quiz parts I have found to report a value of 10 to the LMS is the Fill-in-the-Blank part and Short Answer question. Unfortunately neither of these are a valid option for the LMS screen. Shown below is report showing answers from Multiple Choice and Short Answer.
The course has been built in Captivate 6 using SCORM1.2 and tested on SCORMcloud and Digits LMS.
This is now becoming an urgent issue and is delaying our course!
