My Quiz I made from scratch will not let score if I retake it.

I have created my own quiz questions using buttons and advanced actions. Although the score just fine in the quiz scoring slide the first time you take them, if I retake the quiz, it allows me to do that but the scores do not come out right a second time (or third, fourth...).

Is there anyway I can get the quiz score to reset so the the new score will show up on the scoring slide?

To reset scores in a new quiz attempt, you need to use the Retake button or at least revisit the score slide. Do you have multiple attempts on Quiz level?

The Retake button actually does work if you fail the quiz, but we want them to be able to go back even if they pass. If they pass with 100% and take it again and do 100% again they get 0 out of 5 the second time, even though it said 5 out of 5 the first time they took it.

It works no problem except once you pass then you get 0 out of 5 if you take it again

Captivate's Retake Quiz button will only appear if you fail the quiz. That's the way it works by design and there's no way that I know of to change this behaviour.

The only way to have another attempt at a quiz that you have passed is to relaunch the module again. Are you doing that, or are you trying to attempt the quiz again (after passing it) within the same user session?

I know we can reload it, I found a nice little javascript line for that . But in our lessons they have the ability to move around freely through the lesson. So although unlikely, if they go back after they took the quiz and passed it, it is possible for them to take the quiz again.

If they do it tells them they got "0 out of 5" even it they got them all correct, if they passed it the first time. If they failed it, it works just fine.

So it is in the same session. Obviously it is being stored somewhere, so I was wondering if there was a way to clear out that score so if they do retake it at any time whether they passed the quiz or not it will always give them the correct score.
