Need to make a button disappear once clicked w/ Advanced Actions

I've made a redo button for this Read and Select template because it didn't have the option to do anything when you either got the question right or wrong. So now if the wrong answer is chosen the button will appear, when clicked, it will show the question in its unanswered state so you can try again. But it doesn't go away after that. I tried adding "Hide: Redo_Btn" to the Advanced Actions list and it didn't work. How do I make this button disappear after each use?

Can you show the timeline, the advanced action (use Preview button) and tell which version you are using. Need more details.  Which type of button?  You may need to disable the button as well.
