New Adobe Captivate - Bullet points prevent from publishing

Hello,

When I add bullet points in a slide and try to get a "preview", I get an error message and can't see the slide. If I replace the bullet points by a simple -, it works.

Strangely, in some slides, there is no problem, and in other, there is the problem.

Any explanation or tip, please ?

Thanks and best regards,

Marily

Can you give some more details: did you start from a specific slide template or did you use a blank slide and added containers like a text or a media block? Or did you use a widget? Maybe posting screenshots could help understanding your issue.

Hello,

Thanks for your prompt answer. I used a slide template. You will find the demo of the problem in this video :

The problem occurs as well with other slide templates.

Thanks and best regards,

Marily

Actually I realised that for that slide, I took a blank slide and added a media bloc "image" (that includes text as well)

Thanks

D'accord!

I am having the same issue and I might be able to provide some additional information. I added a blank slide, then added a "Media Block", specifically the "Image" media block and then removed all the text components (caption, subtitle, button, card). I then added in a "Text Block" (specifically the multi-column content) to the same slide and added bullet points. When I went to preview the slide, I got an error message. Then I removed the bullet points, previewed the slide and it worked.
