New project from PowerPoint

Creating a new project from a PowerPoint and when it is published it shows the desktop it was published from as well as the slides.  Never had this happen before.  Any ideas?

That's very unusual. I would reach out to Adobe for support on this. You can reach them directly at captivatehelp@adobe.com for assistance. I doubt many on the forums have encountered this issue.

You could also try use the Adobe chat. Ask if there is someone experienced in Captivate.

No I didn't. But I haven't looked in the last week or so to see if anyone had answered lately.

Just a question — were you using software simulation or video demo to capture the PowerPoint presentation as you played it, or did you use the import PowerPoint presentation workflow?
