No slide audio after jump to slide

Hey all,

My current Captivate project has slide audio on the majority of the slides.  When you go through the project slide by slide the audio plays without any issues.  However, I sometimes utilize a button that uses the "jump to slide" advanced action.  After jumping, whether forward or backward in the project, the slide audio does not play.  The slide itself plays but the audio does not play.  How can I use the jump to slide function and make the slide audio play?

Thanks,

Greg

I don't see any apparent reason why the slide ausio wouldn't play if you didn't mute it. Audio clips tend to be large and have to be loaded when entering each slide. It is recommended to have a small gap before and after the audio timeline.

You did test after uploading to a webserver or LMS?

The spacing was actually very helpful!  I'm not sure what it did but the jump to slide seems to play audio now.  Thanks!

It avoids that Captivate stitches all audio clips together to one big project aucio.
