Open Captivate as Administrator

Can someone remind me why it's better to open Captivate as an Administrator?

Some features in Captivate will only work well when you set it up to Run as Admnistrator. One of them is recording by VIdeo Demo or Software simulation. You don't need full Administrator rights on the system, only to run Captivate that way.
