I am having intermittent problems when opening saved Captivate 8.1 projects, I get an error message but non of the issues apply.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Your project cache folder may be too full and need clearning out.

It's also possible that there is a hidden lock file in the same folder as your CPTX.
