Output html5 shows vague/blurred text in IE11

My company stops with flashplayer, so my e-learning should be converted to HTML5. When I publish the cptx (Captivate 7) and I view it in IE11 de text is blurred. Can anybody tell me what's going wrong? In Chrome it looks perfect. Our company uses IE11 as a standard. So I am searching to an answer for my problem.

CP7 is OLD, sorry. No way to upgrade to 9, HTML output has been improved a lot. That is the big issue with the HTML output hype: not all browsers do support HTML the same way. IE is now no longer developed neither, replaced by Edge.

So, with Captivate 9 this is not an issue?
It is not easy to get an upgrade in my company, certainly not soon... but I will try!

I cannot promise that, would recommend to download the trial version (valid for 30 days) and check it it helps solving the issue. Sorry, am just a user like you, not working for Adobe!

Be aware also that if you have set this Captivate project to rescale the output then this can also cause the text to look fuzzy.  Captivate's output is usually going to look its best at exactly 100% viewing percentage, not more or less.

Rod, it looks fuzzy only in IE, not in Chrome nor Firefox.

Thanks Rodward, I will try without the rescale setting. I did check if the view was 100% and it was, but I will try again.
