Pause slide till end of video - not working

Hi can any body help?

When I bring a video into captervate 8 as an event the 'Pause slide till end of video' - does not pause the slide. In fact the slide plays and then video rewinds it's self.

What version of Captivate 8 are you on? Is it the latest?

Please confirm the exact version of Captivate 8 by going to Help > About Adobe Captivate ?

Are you viewing the output on Chrome ? If yes, can you check it on Internet Explorer or any other browser and see if that makes any difference.
