I want to embed a video into a white paper and personalize the document when I send it to a client, but I noticed that you can't play the video when the PDF is open in Chrome. Are there other programs or browsers that can play embedded videos inside PDFs besides? Acrobat and Reader? If a user has to download a program to play a video, that's one barrier too many for this kind of communication to work.
