Powerpoint import to Captivate 9 turns text into lower case-need help!!

New Here ,

Has anyone experienced importing a PPT deck into Captivate 9 and find the text is lower case when in the Powerpoint deck it isn't displayed that way?

For instance the the of the slide is Sentence Cap, but when you import over to Captivate 9 it is all lower case.

I'm using Captivate 9 with Powerpoint 2016 for Mac.

Any help would be really appreciated!

Is it a web-safe font?

Hi Rod,

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes the font is web safe (Arial). What I have found in the meantime and want to share is that if a font is styled as Small Caps then imported over to Captivate it ends up as all lower case. Go figure! As a workaround, I have needed to go in an make the first letter Capitalized and then set the size of the font for the rest of the word a few pixels less to mimic what is done in Powerpoint. I really wish that there was better integration between Powerpoint import and Captivate; and that it was tested to work.
