I have installed (and reinstalled) Presenting 11 twice and still I am unable to open Video Express.
When clicking the Video icon the PPT displays in presenter mode, I closed PowerPoint and try to open Troubleshoot Adobe Presenter Video Express, the error message displays Also, I have closed all other programs.
From Task Manager, I can end the program, But, sill never able to get it to fully launch and record a video.
Any suggestions?

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have replied to you in your other post. Here is a copy of the reply:
Does Video Express launch fine from the Start Menu?
Can you also send us a diagnostic log? You will need to launch 'Troubleshoot Presenter Video Express' from the Start Menu, and then close the app. It will prompt you to email us the logs. Please email it to us and we will have a look at it asap.
