Press Y to continue button does not work after selecting incorrect answer in Captivate 9

For the quiz slides, the Press Y to continue (or anywhere to continue) does not work after the user selects the incorrect answer.  (I give the user two tries). It works fine the first time.

Ive noticed that it works in preview mode, but not when I preview in HTML 5 browser, and not when I publish it as an HTML 5.

Is this a known issue? I saw someone post a similar questions about this in Jan., but there was no resolution.

Which version do you use? Latest is 9.0.2.437.

Did you delete anything on the quiz slide or the quizzing master slide? I am not aware of such an issue, quiz slides work as expected for me. What are the actions you set up for that quiz slide?

Can you post a link to that January thread, please?

What is the Last Attempt action on your Quiz Panel for any of the question slides that fail to move forward? I like to use Go to Next Slide myself, however, if it's set for Continue on a particularly long slide it might seem like it's not moving forward. Also if it's set for No Action then it won't move forward at all.
