Preventing pixel loss?

Explorer ,
Oct 30, 2016 Oct 30, 2016

My published project becomes very choppy, but I want it to look how it is in captivate9.

I've turned off all compression:

CSK9o

This is what the captivate project looks like:

kl8k2

This is what the published project looks like:

daj2y

Is this loss of quality avoidable? If yes, how?

Thank you in advance.

It is recommended never to scale down in Captivate, can you try to rescale

to the wanted size in a graphical app?

What did you use as image format?

Be careful: there are issues with D&D when you have overlapping objects.

They are .png, and there are no overlapped objects (other than the tiny squares on the middle shape).

The original image is 1200x1200, scaled down to 120x120.

However, it looks decent in captivate, so I think there should be some way of getting the published project to look that way.

I have scaled down the images, and it works much better now. It's still not as perfect as the preview though.

There is always compression when publishing, which will be the origin of a little quality loss. You confirmed what I told: avoid rescaling whenever possible (file size will be better as well).
