Hello,
I already finished a presentation in captivate. To check if the Presentation is running well I was using HTML5 Preview, and looks perfect. But after I plubished, when I lauchd in SCORM some click buttons doesn't work.
Someone knows WHY?

Can you give more details? What is not working exactly? Are those click boxes perhaps covered by static objects, because HTML is much more sensitive to such an overlap.

Yes, basically I have created a Menu with some Options. When you click over those ones inside captivate (Project) and in HTML5 Preview, those button are working well, but in the Browse Preview and in SCORM the buttons doesn't work.
The buttons are click boxes associated with Advanced Actions that simply jump to another slide.

All HTML previews are in Browser, I don't understand what you mean by a Preview that is not in browser. Are the click boxes on top of the timeline? Why click boxes, which are invisible to the user and have to be combined with a visible object under the click box, instead of a button or a shape button? Even hyperlinks work as I demonstrated in this article:

When you want to preview your project,, when you select the preview button, you have some options: Project,From this slide, Next fiev slides, IN BROWSER, HTML5, Preview in Scorm Cloud, and Adobe Edge Inspect.
To preview my Presentation I'm using HTML5 Preview, and it works perfect, but if I try the same project using IN BROWSE or Scorm, it doesn't.
I'm using click boxes, because are being used in all our presentations.
I'm just trying to understand why the project works well in HTML5 but not in the others
By the way, thanks for your help.

If you use a normal project all previews except Preview HTML in Browser (F11) are Flash-based. If you are on a responsive project, all previews are HTML and are done in a browser. It looks like something is wrong with Flash output, which can be due to the fact that the project is not in a location that is indicated as Flash-trusted. Did you keep the default locations for the projects and the cache or did you change the paths? The default locations are automatically added as trusted locations.

As you mentioned now, maybe I changed the path or the trusted locations. That could be the reason. How can I add my project to a trusted locations?

You can Google, there are plenty of resources about that. Here is one:
Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Global Security Settings panel
