Problem Publishing

Hi there, This is not my first time publishing a project, but the first time i am running in to this error message.

Can someone advise me what i need to do to publish this to a .zip?

When you are trying to publish this project, is it possible you may still have the published output from a previous publish run open in a browser somewhere? 

Each time you publish it will overwrite the files and folders from the previous publishing run to the same location.  If those files are currently open in a browser, you might not be able to overwrite them.
