I have persistent problem to detect my webcam (microsoft lifecam studio) in Adobe Presenter 10 and Video Express.
In the Presenter 10, The 'Application Simulation' ribbon is not activated (stay in gray). Also when I start Record by clicking the Record bottom, the error message is as below.
"Adobe Presenter has encountered an unexpected problem while working with this presentation. Try saving your work to a new file and restarting PowerPoint. ......"
In the Video Express, webcam mode does not working and showing the error message as below.
"Your webcam is busy or it is not functioning. Try closing other application that might be using the webcam and select it again."
My computer environment is following.
Windows 7 (64bits - Korean)
MS Office 2013 (64bits - Korean)
MS Lifecam Studio webcam
Although the webcam is not recognized by the adobe presenter and video express, the audio from the camera is working.
Thank you.
