When I create a question slides and the student I have answered them. When he tries to repeat the subject again, he does not let him ask the true false questions again, since they are answered.
Even if I restart the page, it still gives the same problem.
Is there a workaround from captivate to have the question slides reset every time I enter them?

First question: do you need to have a score for the question? If not, the answer is simple: use Knowledge Check slides, not Quiz slides. KC slides are reset automatically when you leave the slide.
For Quiz slides, I think this blog post would clarify a lot:
Captivate's Quizzes (3): Attempts and Scores - eLearning (adobe.com)
In short: when you leave a regular quiz slides, the attempts on question level are esteemed to be exhausted and the answer is blocked. To retake all questions, you need multiple attempts on quiz level and the Retake button on the score slide.

Okay, I hadn't realized this detail.
Do you know if there is a way to automatically change quiz slides to Knowledge Check slides?

If this is the way you want the questions to work, do not use Question Slides. Use Knowledge Check slides instead. They reset every time you leave and re-enter the slide. But remember that Knowledge Check slides do not have a score that reports to the quiz. If you want a quiz score, that's where you use Question Slides.
