Problemas para activar mi Captivate 9

Hola, tengo un problema, antes tenía la versión trial del captivate 9.  Ya se me ha vencido y compré la versión full, al instalarla me dice que debo conectarme a internet, y realmente lo estoy, entonces no deja hacer la activación, cómo puedo hacer para activarlo y poder generar mis proyectos? Será que ha quedado algo del programa anterior? Saludos.
