Problems related to accesibility

Hi,
i want to produce fully accessible Learning Videos. But I am not familiar with any other tools other than Tabulator in Adobe Captivate. And with Tabulator, we have only the navigation in control.

My first problem is related to smart shapes. For example, if a person is blind and using a screen reader while watching my Videos, they must listen to repeating announces while the screenreader tells them what's going on in the Video.
That's an experience like this:

„Image

It opens a list with many options

this is an add-in for Microsoft Excel

This is a very disturbing experience, of course. PDF-Dokuments solves this issue by marking these non-related Objects as artifacts so screenreaders can recognize them and not read them aloud.

Is there any way to stop this in Captivate?

Here is my second problem. To be able to become fully accessible, we also need a narrating voice in each Video. Narrating voice must be a separate track that I could be able to toggle on/off. I know how to toggle on/off audio with advanced actions, but muting means also losing the background Audio. So, in this case, I need the programming I can use for controlling narration Tracks(slide audio) and background Audio separately.

Is there a way to do that?

Thx a lot
