Hi,
I am new to Captivate but have found that it works quite well in most environments. However, when i try to view my working (with no errors on other platforms) project on an Android tab, i get the following messages:
- It gives five or six 404 errors, file not found, on a certaing "_cp_n_m_" which is missing from the project. I have tried adding a blank file with the same name on it and instead of 404 it gives a 416 error (Requested Range Not Satisfiable).
- After that error, the sound won´t load untill nearly a minute is passed, and then it plays the sounds from the beggining (first screen) even if it is already through the fifth screen.
- Also it gives the error that it doesnt find the mp3 file every time it is supposed to execute a sound in reaction to a user interaction:
Thank you so much in advance. Most of our users use tablets with Android istalled on them and if we cannot solve this issue we will have to discontinue our use of the product.
