Progress bar color changes when published

Not sure if my earlier post got published - doesn't show pending too - so posting again.

The color of my progress bar ( the icon head) changes when published. Any clue what needs to be done?

I didn't see the first question.

Which version are you using (please full version number)? Which theme is used on this project? Is that theme an original theme of this version, an upgraded theme or a custom theme?

I have the same issue. Captivate 2017 (10.0.0.192) using the default built in theme "cpPlayBarMobile"

See two screen caps, the progress indiciator looks white, but then when I publish OR preview it's black across all break points:
