Project Not Playing; Only Seeing Mutant Playbar

So we've loaded a file onto our LMS, and when it's launched, this is what the learner is seeing:

2018-10-05_9-42-48.png

We're seeing this in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

Here's how we get to this point:

  1. Upon launching the course, the learner encounters error messages saying, "This page is trying to load "unauthenticated/unauthorized scripts."
  2. Learner is then prompted to allow Adobe Flash to run. Learner clicks "yes."
  3. After allowing Flash, this is what we see.

We're unable to interact with the playbar. It flickers, as if it's trying to load something.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Is this content HTML5 or SWF, or dual publish HTML5 and SWF as well?

Dual publish

(Boy, I guess I forgot about this post, but we're running into it again.)

Please if you are on recent versions of CP? do not use the dual ppublish anymore. The difference between SWF and HTML ourpur is too big, the multiscreen.html will only work for very simple projects.

I'm using Captivate '17. I went ahead and republished it, and it fixed it.

Weirdness.

Just FYI: the most recent version of Captivate is version 11, also named CP2019. I suspect you are using version 10, also indicated as CP2017.
