I am using Captivate 8.0. Towards the end of my project (slide 47) I have a button that I've set up as being included in quiz for reporting purposes. If a user clicks the button it takes them to slide 48. On slide 48 there are just some basic text captions and an audio file. When I preview in the browser within Captivate everything works perfectly (including all the audio files on the other slides).
However, when published in our LMS, the transition to slide 47 isn't as smooth as for previous slides. Then when I click on the button there is quite a long delay before the project moves onto the next slide. Then Slide 48 kicks in half way through the first sentence of the audio. The rest of the project is fine.
I'm not sure if this is an LMS, browser or a publishing issue. I've asked our LMS host company to look into it from their end but I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas. I'm not the most technically minded person in the world but any help would be gratefully received.

To find out if it is due to Captivate or to the LMS, could you upload the project to SCORM Cloud fpr testing?
Is slide 47 a score slide?
