Hi There

I am not yet a customer but thinking about it. I am wondering what are the exports formats? Would the staff need to install specific software to complete their training?

Thank you

Not sure I understand your question really. I suspect you want to try Captivate to create interactive tutorials for the 'staff'? You will publish the raw projec file to HTML5 which will result in a folder.  That folder is like a full defnition of an interactive website. You need to upload it to a webserver, and offer the URL to those who want to see the tutorial. They will only need a HTML5 compatible browser, no other software to take the course. Not all browsers support HTML5 in the same way, please avoid Internet Explorer and, for mobile devices Safari in some cases. Chrome, Firefox, Edge are fine.

If you have a Learning Management system (LMS) to manage user accounts, you can also upload to such a system, which will allow comunication about the interactivities, quizzes etc completed by the learner to the LMS (mostly have a gradebook). At that moment: learner only needs an account on that LMS and a browser.
