Publishing in HTML5 renders PPT slides and videos blurry

Using Captivate 9, and we import PPTs and Audio files to create out trainings, pretty straight forward setup.  We have custom buttons as well, with play, pause, ff, rewind, restart, and next button to proceed to next slide.

When we publish in Flash clarity of the PPT and the image within are crystal clear. The moment we choose the publish options to HTML5 and check box for [Scalable HTML content], the clarity of all the content with the slides is super blurry and cannot be read and there seems to be no way to tweak the quality of the images, how can we resolve this?

Turn off Scalable HTML.

Except for Responsive projects, most of the captions, buttons, boxes and other objects in Captivate content will be turned into image files when published.  If you change the display percentage of these objects (by scaling them up or down in the browser) then you lose resolution.

Sorry.  I have not experienced this issue personally.  And I see you have asked this question in other threads already.
