It seems that it is unable to re-write on an already published project. Try one of these? (or both):

1. Launch Captivate as Admin: Right Click on the launcher > Run as administrator > Publish the content now

2. Give permissions to the My Adobe Captivate Projects folder: Right click this folder > Security > Add > Typer 'Everyone' > Find Names > Give full permissions and apply > Ok

Alternatively, change the name of the folder you are publishing to OR the title of the project and check.

More detail please.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Do you still currently have the published content from that folder open in a browser when you are trying to publish over the top of it?

You are a life saver. It worked. I changed the title and the name of the folder and it worked.

Thank you so much. I really appreciate your help.
