Publishing issues with Presenter 11 and PPT 2013

I created a course in PPT 2013 and published it using Presenter 11 as both a SWF and HTML5. When I try to view the course in a browser I get a blank white page. We loaded the zip file into our LMS and got the same result. The quiz is published as SCORM 1.2. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a setting maybe I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Request you to please package your project and send it to me using drop box. (zhussain@adobe.com)

Note: Option to package your project is available on Presenter ribbon

Also, kindly zip your published output folder and share it with me as well.
