Question Pool error in Captivate 8

We have a project with 5 questions in the question pool and 4 random question slides in the film strip.  When we publish we get an error saying we have more random question slides than questions in the pool.  There was an option to publish anyway which we did but now the project just stops when it reaches the first random question slide.

This is a new issue for us and can't explain why Captivate is seeing less questions than are in the pool.

The project author had a question in the pool as a survey and not graded question.  Changing that seemed to fix the issue.

I guess the project is corruptet. Had this error also a few days ago and nothing further worked ...

I would try the following:
1. Check the following: Is each of the random question slides really connectet with the pool with 5 Questions? If no: Do so! If Yes:
2. Dublicate the pool 5 times and connect each of the slides with his own ... just to see if the error dissapears ... it's not a solution, I know. If THAT works connect the slides again to one pool and see, if it is OK.

I would also think about making 5 normal Question-Sheets, there is not much difference between 4 of 5 from a pool and 5 all the time ...

But perhaps best practice would be to take a backup of the project before adding this mini-pool and start again. FIRST add all 5 Questions to your pool, THEN add the random question slides. Hope you have one ..
