Hello,
I am running Captivate 9.0.0.223 on Mac OS X Yosemite.
On all of my slides, I have made buttons that change states on rollover and click (RollOver and Down). This is extremely useful in a Web 2.0 world, as we are conditioned (one way or another) to expect buttons to change state on roll over and click.
However, when I get to the Question slides (at the end of my Captivate project), I do not see an option to modify the states of the Clear, Back and Submit buttons for each question slide.
Am I missing something here?
Thank you!

Did you check the object style for Quiz buttons?

Hi Lily,
Yes. If I make, say, the back button into the "default quiz button style" - I can change the caption, color, opacity, font, shadow and reflection, but I don't see a way to configure the states.
Have I done something wrong? Or is this just not a feature available in Captivate?

You can change states in the Object Style Manager:

Dear Lily:
That was a great suggestion - and I tried that. But when I:
1) Calibrate the RollOver & Down states for the Default Quiz Button Style in this Object Style Manager
2) Click "Apply,"
3) Click "OK,"
4) and Assign this Style to the Quiz Button,
the states still don't change when I preview the project (or even when I publish the project). It's most puzzling!

I contacted Adobe and they informed me that this is not an available feature, which is a bit surprising to be honest.
I wonder if anyone knows of any work-arounds?

I changed the states in the Object Style Manager, and those do not seem to be applied/effecting the Clear, Back, Submit quiz buttons in my testing.

I do not know why, but the only way to see states for Quiz buttons is to
use the Image buttons. Shape buttons are not allowed. Transparent buttons
can have states in CP9 but they do not appear on Quiz slides. It is the
type that is mostly used in themes. I am sorry, but to me this is a bug.
Please, log it.
