Questions auto advance in random question pool

Has anyone had problems with questions auto advancing when added to a random question pool? If the wrong answer is clicked the feedback window comes up and should stay there until click so that the student can read the response. Instead, it auto advances before there is time to read it.

Did you perhaps delete one or more of the embedded objects (those who do

not have a separate timeline)?
