Questions don't appear to pass any data?

I'm trying to build my first course, and I have a handful of survey questions (both multiple choice and short answer). It doesn't look like there is any data coming out of the course. I imported them into my LMS (Schoology), and it only reports "incomplete" for users-- no question data. I uploaded it to SCORM Cloud to preview, and the communication log never shows anything relating to questions, data, or the like-- it opens and runs the package, but no matter how long I play around in the preview scene, nothing gets added to the log after the initial load. I'm sure that I just missed something simple, but I appreciate your help!

Indeed, the problem would be with the LMS if it reports correctly on SCORM Cloud.

I did survey questions because I didn't need it to track any grade data-- I was hoping to just be able to aggregate the data of the respondents. I'm not married to that, though. If it's easier to have them as graded questions, I could do that and just hide the results?

I just noticed that the SCORM Cloud preview did generate results and I could access the results, so now it appears that it's an issue between the package and Schoology.
