I've created a training with a 10-question multiple choice graded quiz at the end. If the learner fails the quiz, they must retake it. Many of my test learners that pass are asking to see which question(s) they got wrong. I do not want to use the "review quiz" feature, as it will allow the learner to review the quiz after they fail, before they retake it. So, I was thinking a workaround would be to set up the quiz so that the "Correct" or "Incorrect" feedback text pops up after the learner submits an answer to each question before moving on. I have all of the captions in place, but for some reason when I preview the project, they don't appear when the learner hits "submit" on each question slide? I have the "Correct" caption box checked under the Quiz menu for each slide. Any idea why this would be happening?
I appreciate any help that you can provide! Thanks so much.

That is normally what should happen. First step in the Submit process should show the feedback messages, and tell learner to click on the slide or press Y. Slide remains paused at the pausing point. When the learner clicks on the slide, play head is released and the actions Success/last attempt are done. Did you delete any of the embedded objects? Those are the objects without an individual timeline.

Thank you for the response. I didn't delete any of the embedded objects. All of the feedback captions are showing up on the slide in the project, but do not appear when I preview the project. They seem to be appearing for a few of the slides, but not all of them. I cannot identify any differences between the slides that have the captions that work and the slides that don't. They both have the same setup on the Quiz menu and timeline. I guess my last resort will be to delete out the quiz and re-import it.

Strange. Do you use a theme created in this version?

I think I got the theme form the eLearning Brothers website. You can see what it looks like in this screenshot. This is of a question with the feedback that is not appearing in preview (looks exactly the same as the slides with feedback that is appearing).

Responsive with Breakpoint views, not fluid boxes. Did you check all
breakpoints?

What should I check the breakpoints for? I've been ignoring them for now because our LMS doesn't currently allow for mobile viewing.

Why do you create a responsive project in that case, why not create a
normal project?

I started out creating a responsive project, we didn't find out about the LMS's limitations until after the project was 90% complete.

I do not know how that theme was set up. In a responsive project the size and position of items like those feedbacks are scheduled with the Position Properties panel which is not the case for a non-responsive project. Can you check the locations on the quizzing master slides you are using in this project?

I'm not sure where to find the locations you are referring to.

If you developed with Fluid Boxes, or with Breakpoint Views, the way items are positioned and sized, is totally different from the way it is done for a non-responsive project. In a non-responsive project both location and size are found in the Options tab. For responsive projects developed with Breakpoint views, you use the Position Properties. For Fluid Boxes development, everything is controlled by the way the Fluid Boxes are set up. That was my warning.
