we are trying to put together an acknowledgement for our Code of Conduct, and we need to be able to track our employee's responses. Currently, all we can get is a Pass/Fail. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Original thread title was: I am trying to publish a quiz to my LMS and I need to be able to report on the responses - they are not just pass/fail. I am using Captivate 8, and Saba.

If you have Interaction Data turned on in the Captivate Quiz Reporting settings then Captivate is certainly capable of sending data to your LMS about which responses your learners chose for each quiz slide.

However, whether or not your LMS is capable of capturing that data and using it to build meaningful reporting that your management can use is outside Captivate's control.

You need to go back to your Saba vendor or technical team and ask them to show you examples of reports in Saba that drill all the way down to individual Interaction IDs and show answers selected.

I have all of that information turned on. and sometimes the reporting works and other times it does not. there is no difference in the way the quizzes are made that would cause this issue. i was advised by captivate to publish in scorm 2004 vs. scorm 1.2. but what I am unable to comprehend is why two quizzes that are built identically would work so different in the system.

are there any tips or tricks in building a quiz? Adobe support today advised me that you are unable to gather data on a survey question, but, survey questions are working and the data is feeding through on one quiz. I cannot find answers anywhere and am beyond frustrated.
