Hi,
I wondered if you could help me.
When I create a Quiz, everything is working right.
Original View:
But when I do some changes on other slides and publish the course again, the quiz is loosing elements when playing the course:
But in pre-view inside of captivate everything is fine. Even when I create the slide new - it is working correct. But a second publish without touching the quiz slide will cause that issue.
Does anyone have seen similar things or a hint how to solve that?

Your issue may be related to LMS server latency. Are you testing this from your own LMS? If so, the easiest way to determine whether the issue is with your own LMS or the Captivate module is to just upload the same SCORM package zip to SCORM Cloud online LMS and test it from there. You can test any SCORM package for free as long as the total amount of files you upload does not exceed 100 megabytes.

Hi,
thanks for your thoughts. I´ve tested it on Scorm Cloud. It seems to be the same.
Why is the picture missing? But again, when I create it as a new slide, then it is working in the first publish.

You mention 'Preview'. Is this a non-responsive project? If positive, did you use Preview HTML in Browser (F11) to preview?
Which Theme do you use? It looks like you edited the master slide for this question slide.
You 'changed', but didn't explain what exactly was changed: content of the answers or more?

Hi,
thanks for your fast response. You are right - it is a non-responsive project. Yes, I did the HTML preview in Browser.
I adjusted the theme to a customized one. When you might have a look to the screens above. The first one is the setup. But displayed is the second one. So nearby everything is gone.
Additionally there is also on another quiz the following:
Thanks again.

Please try to answer what you changed in the Theme. Deleting embedded objects in the Quizzing master slides can lead to issues and from the screenshots it is impossible to see what has been done. Most consultancy jobs about quizzing were solved by restoring a messed up theme.
Since it is showing the same problems in SCORM Cloud, try to switch just to test to a Theme packaged with your present version of Captivate. See if you have the same problems when publishing.
