We have a responsive project. On mobile devices ( e.g. iPhone 6s, and Android devices ) we observe an annoying behavour. On slides where the user has to scroll down to see all content and to reach the submit button the slides are autoscrolling upwards after a short delay after the user has done some action on the exercise.
For example we have a hotspot knowledge-check-exercise. The user scrolls down, then touches on a hotspot. after that the slide automaticaly scrolls up to the top and the user can't touch on submit without scrolling down again.
Did anyone observe the same? Any hint how we could avoid this problem? To shorten the content to avoid scrolling is no option, we are forced to display all of the content at once.
Additional Info:
The problem occurs on all kind of slides that are too long and are scrollable. Its not restricted to quizes.
thank you.
