"Adobe Air" Error When Inserting Widgets

New Here ,
Jun 01, 2018 Jun 01, 2018

When attempting to insert any widget onto my project, I get a cryptic popup window as the "Configure Interaction" window loads. This happens regardless of what learning interaction I choose.

If I click "OK" the window closes, but the "Configure interaction" screen just stays blank, so I'm not able to alter anything.

Are you talking about a widget (SWF only) or a Learning Interaction?

Looks like it's just learning interactions (or if I go to Insert-->Widgets and attempt to insert a .wdgt file).

Widgets and Learning interactions are in different subfolders in the Gallery.

I never did see this error in the forums. Can you please try to clear the cache and clean the Preferences?

Unfortunately, I've both cleared the cache and run CleanPreferencesMac and neither worked to fix this error.

Strange error. Problem is that I have AIR installed on my systems. The Reviewer app is using AIR, as is the old cache cleaner app. As I told before, have never seen this logged in the forums which I follow daily since many years. No one else has tried to answer, will see if I can get more information from the staff members....
