Random design template in preview mode

I'm working on a project and everything looks fine in design mode, but when I preview the introduction page on my project, there's a random template design above. I could really use your help!

Is this version 12? Do you talk about the three icons for desktop, tablet, mobile? They allow you to switch to see the differences.

Hi thanks for the response! Yes, this is version 12. When I switch between the desktop, tablet, and mobile screens on preview mode, the template is still at the top. I'm not sure if it's underneath something but I don't see anything in design mode.
