Greetings all,

I am having an issue with installing Captivate Classic.  I have 12.3 installed and working to the best of its ability, but I hate this new version.  I am trying to load Classic and keep getting an RC=3 error. I read in the Acrobat forum that someone had solved the problem by uninstalling all the Adobe products and installing again.  This did not work for me.  I can install 12.3 but cannot get Classic to install at all.  I thought I understoond that you could have both versions installed but I am stuck trying to get it to install.  Any suggestions?  Thank you in advance.

I understand your feelings about the new version, be sure that you are not the only one with those feelings.

Yes, you can have both versions installed on the same system. However I had a lot of problems as well before I could both of them working, including a 2 hrs call with a staff member. And you may know that I have a lot of Captivate experience.  That version of Captivate Classic is very buggy, it will not support using OneDrive if you are on Windows (had never problems with that in previous versions). And it had problems coping with the Surface Pro because it has two cameras... needed to deactivate one of them.
