We krijgen fouten bij het spelen van MP4 in firefox 42.0.
Alle slides zonder video werken prima, tot de slide met MP4 video:
RegisterPPTXAudioCb CPM.js:248:30
ar/Mouse.mp3 Error decoding. Attempting to sync stream
De aan decodeAudioData doorgegeven buffer bevat ongeldige inhoud die niet met succes kan worden gedecodeerd.
Gebruik van getPreventDefault() wordt niet meer ondersteund. Gebruik in plaats daarvan defaultPrevented.
EncodingError: The given encoding is not supported.
HTTP ‘Content-Type’ van ‘video/mp4’ wordt niet ondersteund. Laden van mediabron:....
"src = ../vr/148977.mp4 error code = 4 n/w state = 3"
Alleen in firefox en ook niet op elke PC. We hebben al meerdere javascript aanpassingen in CPM.js gedaan, zonder succes.
We willen graag zelf een oplossing zodat onze klanten probleemloos kunnen afspelen in elke browser.

Hi there,
We tried publishing .mp4 video in firefox and it seems to be working fine.
To check the video you are using is supported in firefox, can you try inserting the video in a html page and open it with firefox.
Thanks,
Rahinie.

Thanx, Rahinie for your answer.
We've tried that and funny enough is does play when we put the URL in the browser. But is uses VLC player which needs to be installed.
We've noticed that it is actually not the MP4 which causes problems but the Mouse.mp3 file, Which is not supported in Firefox. Although we turned all audio settings off during publishing, it seems it wants to play the Mouse.mp3 file, which we don't need actually. Also strange if we preview on the same pc in the same browser it works, only not if we publish the same project.
Do you know a way to publish the project without any audio at all?

Hi,
We tried Mouse.mp3 file and it seems to work fine in firefox on publish/preview.
Can you share your sample project so that we can investigate the issue at our end.You can upload it to a shared location (say Dropbox) and send the link to murugath@adobe.com
Thanks,
Rahinie

Hi Rahinie,
I understand your answer, But we cannot ask our clients to update their browser before working with our supporttools. I hope you understand, we don't want to update or install any drivers etc. Especially not when we can play the MP4 file on ALL machines pasting in the url. Except not in the published project.
Attached there is the screen (F12) we see, when we arrive at the video (MP4) part of the project. We see this locally, on our network and published online.
There seems to be an Error handling getPreventDefault() function too.
We would like a resolution, because we have to serve our clients with this project, please.
