Hi

I am trying to remove a poster image that I inserted into a Captivate project. (I will not replace, but remove completely). It is not possible as the field is greyed out.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

Ellen

Click the Auto Play tick box and the poster image will disappear.

Hope that helps

Hi

Thanks for your reply.

(I read somewhere that this box should not be ticked, but as I see it this is the only solution ...)

Thanks again.

Even when ticked it has no effect on HTML5 output where AutoPlay is deactivated by default. You must have misunderstood what you have read. The Preloader is ticked in that screenshot but is similar: it has no effect for HTML output, only for (now obsolete) SWF output.
