retry message captivate 7 (I am stumped!)

I have a multiple choice questions in my quiz.  If a user answers incorrectly, I'd like for a retry message to appear and keep appearing until the user gets it correct.

No matter what I select, I do not get the Retry Message to appear.   And when the user clicks anywhere the slide advances to the next question slide.

These are my quiz and slide properties.

Did you check the Default Labels in Quiz Preferences: do you have a text for the Retry message?

So I was able to correct this... by recreating the question slides.

My original question slides came from on older version of the project that was created with Captivate 6.
